A home constructed in 1992 on the site of an old concrete dwelling, managing to utilise two walls of the old structure. The 5 bedroom residence is approximately 3,500 square feet in area.
The 1999 provision of a complete structure and support services for the International Fast Food Restaurant Chain included construction of the building, plumbing and electrical work, air conditioning, joinery work, all finishes and installation of kitchen equipment. This project also entailed the provision of an enclosure with PVC shiplap siding, base slab, structural steel work, plumbing, electrical work, and louvered windows for the Playland area.
The construction of a new building on the eastern veranda of the Tryall Great House, including joinery, all services and final decor, for the main hotel bar facility.
The construction of a new 3,200 square foot 2 story private residence built in “old Jamaican” style with extensive verandas and decorative fretwork. This “turn-key” project involved extensive rock excavations.
A complete internal and external transformation of an existing 60’s style building in 1990, with emphasis on Georgian style architecture. The project was completed in phases while the bank continued its operations throughout the building process.
A “State of the Art” project which facilitated the digital transfer of data to the Montego Bay Free Zone. Our involvement was in several disciplines including the ASTEC ceramic insulation coating for the roof, and interior build-out work.
A small timber dock attached to concrete piles, which is used predominantly for hotel water sports.
The Caribbean Institute of Technology (formerly Classic Garment Manufacturing) is a 40,000 square feet Gulf States Pre-Engineered steel building of 2 stories. It is presently used for training Information Technology programmers
The 1995 construction of a new 2 story residence. The 4 bedroom home is approximately 3,200 square feet and is built in typical Jamaican villa style.
A Georgian style make over was applied to this 5,000 square foot existing building in 1988, and the changes to the internal layout necessitated several important structural modifications at roof level.
The 1993 addition of a 2,000 square foot structure as well as extensive renovations to existing structures, including floor surfaces, pool deck, paving and landscaping.
